About Wes Kowalchuk and the Business Impact team.
Business Impact is a business coaching and AI consulting firm in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We help trades, contractor, and service business owners build companies that are profitable, predictable, and not dependent on the owner for every decision.
01The founder
Who is Wes Kowalchuk?
Wes Kowalchuk is the founder and CEO of Business Impact, a business coach, and the author of BIZCraft.
Wes has been in business since he was 10 years old, when he started with a paper route. He went on to run a multi-million dollar service business, and grew it from $700K to $2.5M in 24 months.
He has 30+ years in construction and the oilfield, including 15 years in project management. He has made the costly mistakes too, and that is the point. He teaches owners what he learned so they do not have to pay for the same lessons.
Wes and his team have now coached more than 60 businesses. That work became BIZCraft, the 9-step system at the centre of everything Business Impact does.
