The 9 Crafts are BASECraft, GOALCraft, STRATEGYCraft, SYSTEMSCraft, PROFITCraft, CULTURECraft (team and culture), MARKETCraft, SALESCraft, and KAIZENCraft. The first three are about planning, the middle three build the business, and the last three grow it.
How fast will I see results with BIZCraft?

What is the AI Readiness Diagnostic?
The AI Readiness Diagnostic is a 45-minute working session with our AI consulting team. You bring your business, and you leave with an AI-Profit Roadmap: the 3 to 5 AI plays with the fastest payback for your business, in priority order.
Why does the Diagnostic cost $497 instead of being free?
A free call gets you a sales pitch. A $497 working session gets you a deliverable: a written AI-Profit Roadmap you can hand to a team member and start building. We work on the call. We do not sell on it.
What if I am not satisfied with the Diagnostic?
You get a full refund. If you do not walk away with a clear, actionable roadmap, we refund the $497.
What happens after the Diagnostic?
You own the roadmap. You can build it yourself, hire it out, or work with us. If you work with us, $400 of your Diagnostic fee is credited toward the Deep Dive ($1,997) or the Implementation Program.
When should a business bring in AI consulting?
